|Recommended: YesRenewed for 1 year. It is quiet and people take care of the place. If I have an issue the landlord will help in a timely manner. It is cheap.
|Recommended: YesThis will be my first renewal. My neighbors are nice, quiet and there is not much that goes on around here. If I call they will come out with maintenance. For the most part its a good place to be. There is food and grocery near here.
|Recommended: YesMOVED HERE IN 2018. MY DUPLEX IS NICE. THE AREA IS QUIET. WE HAVE GONE THRU A LOT OF MANAGERS TO SAY THE LEAST. BUT AT LEAST WE CAN CALL AND GET STUFF DONE WHEN NEEDED. WONT COMPLAIN TOO MUCH I GUESS. IT COULD ALWAYS BE WORSE. RENT IS CHEAP FOR WHAT YOU GET HERE.
|Recommended: YesWe have been here just under two years and it is very quiet, calm and nice around here. We enjoy being so close to everything. I wish the property could keep the same manager though. It seems like we get one every other month. Same with maintenance. But the office always gets our problems addressed.
